George is a veteran business consultant with over 30 years of commercial experience including Financial Management, Business Renovation, Management Consulting and Interim Management throughout the Asia Pacific Region. His experience includes acquisition due diligence, business performance analysis, financial planning and reporting, management accounting, internal controls including Sarbanes-Oxley, taxation and treasury functions.

George has held several board appointments to Asian based companies and senior finance roles including CFO and director of foreign Joint Ventures [JV] for a major US multi-national across the Greater China region. He has evaluated numerous business acquisition and development opportunities and has negotiated agreements for the establishment of JV's, WOFE's and RO's.

George has resided in several Asian and Western countries including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States and numerous Chinese cities and is experienced in Western and Eastern management methods.

His functional experience embraces the entire Supply Chain, from materials sourcing to manufacturing to finished goods dispatch. Industry experience includes FMCG's and consumer electronics. He is thoroughly conversant with the accounting rules and laws governing Chinese corporate finance [JV's and WOFE's] and Chinese tax, along with Chinese labor laws.

George is a graduate in Finance; he holds two Masters degrees and is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese languages.
