Richard LiuFeng is a business consultant with over 14 years commercial experience in China. This includes Financial Management, Business Renovation, Management Consulting and Interim Management. Technical experience includes management system evaluation, business processes reconstruction, business performance analysis, financial planning and reporting, management accounting, internal controls and external auditing.

Richard has held over 9 year senior business consultant and 5 year public auditing roles, providing business consulting and auditing services to major multi-national companies in China. He has evaluated and implemented numerous business improvement and software package projects and provided professional auditing reports to quoted companies in world major stock markets.

His functional experience embraces the entire Supply Chain, from materials sourcing to manufacturing to finished goods dispatch. Industry experience includes biotech, chemical, oil mining, machinery, electronics and construction materials. He is thoroughly conversant with the accounting rules and laws governing Chinese corporate finance [JV's and WOFE's] and the Chinese tax system including transfer pricing, corporate tax, individual income tax, VAT, import and export tax, business tax, stamp duty and tax administration along with Chinese labor laws.

Richard is a Chartered Certified Accountant [UK] and holds Masters Degree of Business Administration. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
